- The total price of your order, including all ancillary and shipping costs, was indicated on the previous page or will be shown at the end of the checkout process. By confirming the order, you state that you agree to the price of the products.
- Prices, availability of jewelry, and other purchase terms are subject to change.
- All International taxes and additional fees associated with the jewelry, which are not state taxes within the U.S, will apply to the customer and the customer will have no complaint on the matter.
- You are responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete information when ordering jewelry through the Site or otherwise. Payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. The Site may need to verify information you provide before accepting your order, and may cancel or limit your order any time after it has been placed.
- If payment has already been made and your order is cancelled or limited, The Site will refund any payment made for the service that will not be delivered due to cancellation or limitation of an order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- The Site reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications and prices of jewelry offered on and outside of the Site without prior notice and without incurring any obligation to you.
- If, for any reason, your credit card company declines or otherwise refuses to pay the amount owed for the jewelry you have purchased, you agree that we may, as we see fit, suspend or terminate delivery of service and may require you to pay any overdue amounts incurred (including third-party chargeback fees or penalties) by other means acceptable to us. 13. SHIPPING POLICY:
- Orders placed on the site will ship to the address provided by the customer and/or to any other location agreed upon by the parties while placing the order.
- We offer free worldwide shipping, using FedEx diamond insured shipping. Once your item has shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Please make sure that you are available at the time of delivery as a signature will be required upon arrival.
- Orders placed within the U.S will be shipped and delivered within 2 business days. International shipping is subject to how quickly the package will pass customs in that country. International shipments typically take 1 week for delivery.
- “Business day”- any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a federal legal holiday or any day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
- The order will be shipped according to the following terms:
- there is reasonable access to the location which the order is being shipped.
- The Site will not be held responsible for any delay and/or problem with the shipment of orders caused by the following terms:
- force majeure and/or events that are out of the Site’s control;
- for reasons related to FedEx diamond insured shipping;
- an economy close, so that the Site’s operations and/or the Site’s suppliers and/or service providers are impaired for whatever reason.
- All International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes required through customs clearance. Please note, all international orders are final sale.
14. RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. This does not apply to the following:
- Custom orders, unless stated otherwise. A custom order includes anything that has been changed or altered beyond the metal color and finger size, at the request of the customer. A custom order also includes modifications of the diamonds or center stone to a different type of stone, shape of stone, or size of stone. A custom order also includes all settings where the customer is providing a center stone or stones for the design.
- International orders, unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- In the event that a refund is requested by the customer after the 30-day period, the request of a refund will be subject to the Site’s sole judgement.
- Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives a written message of approval from the Site.
15. OUR WARRANTY:
- Our warranty includes first two ring cleanings and prong tightening’s, first-time ring sizing and first-time rhodium plating. If damage is caused by neglect or normal wear and tear, we will carry out a repair at cost. If an accent stone falls out of place, we will replace it as long as it occurred within one year of purchase. Our warranty does not apply to the following:
- International orders, unless stated otherwise.
- All our jewelry comes with a detailed certificate of authenticity, and all our loose diamonds are certified. Our diamonds are certificated by GIA, IGI or FAA (third party) and each holds full responsibility for these certificates. The Site’s customers declare that they are aware of such, and that they will contact their specific certification company with any complaints regarding the certificate.
16. GOVERNING LAW:
- By accessing the Site, you agree that the statutes and laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to use of this Site. In addition, you agree to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of New York County and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
